Partner GPs

Dr Sabina Spencer (f)

MA MB BChir DFFP St Catharine’s College Cambridge and Addenbrooke’s Hospital. Qualified1990. GP training in Peterborough.

Dr Spencer joined the practice as a Salaried GP in 2004 and became a part time partner in 2012. She is the practice Safeguarding Lead and also works with the Looked After Children’s team.

Dr Phyllis Chan (f)

MB ChB MRCGP DFSRH University of Birmingham. Qualified 2007. GP training in Brighton.

Dr Chan joined the practice as a full time partner in 2013. She has special interests in Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) medicine and GP training.

Dr Nicolas Cereceda (m)

Associate GPs

Dr Natalia Richardson (f)

nMRCGP (UK), DFSRH (UK), MSc (NL), MB BS equivalent. Qualified as a GP in 2012. GP Training in Kent, UK

Dr Richardson worked at the Medway Maritime Hospital as a junior doctor and a GP trainee from 2008.

She was a GP in central London from 2012 to 2016. Dr Richardson joined the Practice as an Associate GP in June 2016. She has a special interest and additional qualifications in Family Planning.

Dr Shuvangini Rai (f)

MBBS, MRCGP

Dr Rai gained her medical qualifications in Nepal.  She carried out her GP training in Brighton and qualified in 2020.

Dr Felicity Ku (f)

BM BSc MRCGP (2018). University of Southampton. GP training in Salisbury. 

Dr Ku worked in Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire before moving to Sussex in 2020.  She joined the Practice as an associate GP in March 2021.  She has special interests in mental health and joint injection.
