We strongly advise users to set up their Memorable Word security feature, as well as using biometrics (fingerprint ID) if they use the app.
Email addresses used to register for Patient Access account are secure. We do not share any data and no data is ever saved or stored on any device you use to access Patient Access."
GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile phone or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:
- renew or order repeat prescriptions online
- book routine appointments with your GP, or cancel appointments already made PLEASE NOTE - ONLINE BOOKING IS CURRENTLY DISABLED DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS
- advise us of change of contact details
- view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results (available upon request)
You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time.
